i pull for every team in the SEC in bowl games. as everyone else should if you are a SEC team fan. it doesnt matter what they did in the regular season. a win helps us all. that being said meyer and stoops can both lick my ball bag.

I got so sick of hearing about the Big 12 this year. Missouri and Texas needing last second heroics, Texas Tech getting pounded by a start up Ole Mis team, and hopefully UF over OU will squash the myth that is the Big 12 this year.

what in God's name does this have to do with anything? frick the SEC. for the sake of recruiting, anything a team like UF or Bama loses it is a good thing for us. don't feed me the "MAKES US LOOK GOOD" bullshite, because everyone already knows the SEC is awesome.

People already consider the SEC the best conference top to bottom. If OU wins a tight game, no one is going to see that as a knock on the SEC.
Besides, while I respect the hell out of Tebow and think he's one of the best players in college history, I'm just fed up with all the worshipping of the guy.
I think Bradford's a real down to earth guy and wouldn't mind seeing him succeed.
And for everyone saying root for OU because Stoops is a prick, I just don't understand that at all. Meyer is just as bad if not worse IMO.
I just want to see a good game, and don't really care all that much much who wins, but I'd rather OU if I had to pick.
And I think Florida rolls FWIW.
I have to agree with your logic. I find it hard to root for either one. However, I don't think OU will roll over and play dead. I doubt it will be a rout.

I post some on CBSSPORTSLINE and OU fans are by far some of the biggest douche bag fans and still making excuses about the 03 loss to LSU .

We recruit just as much against OK, USC, TX, etc as we do with the SEC teams.

Becasue the SEC temas perform well in these types of games. What do you think will be said about the SEC if "we" lose 2 BCS games this year, ala the Big 10?

I also noticed Bama recruiting Louisiana prospects real hard. That's my concern. Debose was from Florida so it's lagniappe to snag him. But we cant have SEC teams raiding Louisiana.

I root for every SEC team except for Alabama in every bowl game.
This would be really hard if it were OU/Bama. OU/Florida is a no brainer.

Bama is the exception to me. Bama is the only one that will consistently recruit inside Louisiana. OK, USC, and TX of course will on occasion, but Bama is hitting Louisiana harder than its own state it seems.
