If they continue to emphasize Myles As the future of LSU. Not a nArcisse pumper but genuinely curious if anybody knows if he's willing to fight Myles for the job next year

Let's see where things are after the season. Lots of ball left to be played

He'll have to compete against someone at any decent school

If he doesn't RS and is the same class as Brennan every year moving forward, I could see him looking elsewhere if Brennan is entrenched as the starter after 2017.

In 2018, he's one injury or a few interceptions away from starting

I suspect he understands he has some catching up to do.

As long as Air Canada is there, he should see plenty of Playing time. Lowell's mobility will be needed against bamas D.

This. I hope he can leave early enough to get a fair shot early enough that he can have more options to land in a good place. Sure will have to compete, but it's clear the only QB's that were given any shot was DE and MB. For LN's sake, I hope he sees that sooner than later.

I doubt he sniffs the field this year. Hopefully the 2018 class and beyond will be up to par.

I see no reason to talk about him transferring at this point. I'm not crowning Brennan after 4 minutes of handoffs. A lot can change between now and this time next year. Myles would seem to have the leg up now but let's see how it plays out.

If he redshirts he could have two years as a starter even if Brennan does win out which isn't a given. Regardless he will get meaningfull PT after etLING LEAVES.

The issue I have with it is that O seems to put all his effort into one popular guy and has all the hype. When we had MB committed and LN on board to come here, we all of a sudden had to kick the tires on Tua Thjkfdnidhjfe from Hawaii. MB gets to campus with all the summer hype and he forgets there are others on the roster. Barely mentioned anyone but DE and MB over the last 2 months.

I would give the young man props for staying and waiting what appears to be the next 4 years to play 1 year if he's not redshirted. But if he wants to actually play sooner than 4 years from now in a place where there is room, I have no problem with him following his dream elsewhere. We'll probably face him at Auburn at some point in the future he committed first. Gus likes transfers anyway.

Why would he not stick it out in a good offensive system to play 1-2 years. Learn how to play the position and stay healthy as the backup until it's his time. I hope he stays. If he's passed by an incoming player, then so be it, but I think Canada will have him involved in the offense as early as next year as a change of pace for MB. He will be able to live his dreams if he stays at LSU as a starter in the SEC as a redshirt Junior.

Why, as an LSU fan do you hope he leaves?

At worst he is next year's backup...at worst.

Besides, LSU made NO secret that they were recruiting BOTH MB and LN. Both players knew it and they both signed. So it really makes no sense at all for LN to think of transferring after one single game.

Besides, doesn't LN have a history on knee or leg injury. I always assumed the plan from the beginning was for LN to red shirt this year. And he probably knew it. Otherwise it's not likely that he would have signed with LSU.
