If this goes to trial, POSs will have subpoenas all over in their face.
NCAA and conferences fault. Period.

It’s about whether the SEC can enforce behavior that the court has prohibited the NCAA from engaging in.

I find that logic to be specious at best

I'd love to watch him pick apart Sankey. Very impressive lawyer in the courtroom. Sankey would have no clue what to do with himself on the stand and Tony hammering him.

Judges are elected. Tony is highly involved (often behind the scenes) in that process. That is a big factor in this presiding Judge's decision, particularly given the publicity.

I have worked with him as co-counsel on a big case before. He's excellent in the court room. Tony is the guy you bring in at the end of the case to win the jury. He's not the guy drafting and answering discovery.
