I'd love to watch him pick apart Sankey. Very impressive lawyer in the courtroom. Sankey would have no clue what to do with himself on the stand and Tony hammering him.

Judges are elected. Tony is highly involved (often behind the scenes) in that process. That is a big factor in this presiding Judge's decision, particularly given the publicity.

I have worked with him as co-counsel on a big case before. He's excellent in the court room. Tony is the guy you bring in at the end of the case to win the jury. He's not the guy drafting and answering discovery.

Randall was a 1L my 3L year I believe. Practicing with Tony and Fruge is not a bad spot to land after law school…lol

Why did he get taken off criminal cases around the same time Judge Eboni also got taken off criminal cases?
Eboni had multiple reasons, but I don’t see the same issues reported with Jordan.
