Wrong, best defense since 2005, will be tough to score a lot of points on. O line best since 2011, receivers best ever, quarterbacks will be good, debth, best ever on both sides of the ball, line backers best ever, all 5-4 stars all 6’2- 6’3 235 -240 with wheels. Safeties above average, corners very good but thin
Sounds like a damn strong team.

I got 10-2 post yours
We're going to be that good and you only give us 10 wins?

shite. I just noticed that said "best receivers ever".
Better than LaFell, Byrd and Doucet?
Better than OBJ and Landry?
I was younger at the time, but did Eric Martin and Wendell Davis play together?

Yeah, best receivers ever.
Sounds like we have a historically great team by LSU standards and the best we can do is what the last guy was doing most years?

I’m very excited about football. Almost excited as I’d be if I’d never see a post by Solo Cam again.

6. Miami, Alabama, Georgia, @ Auburn, @ Tex A&M. @ Florida. Auburn is always a hard place to win and other 5 teams have better coaching. I think if We go 9-3 would be a very good year

I don't agree with all of your points, particularly best WRs ever and certainly not best depth ever...2011 wins that one. But I do think this team has a lot of talent, and hope we have a couple of secondary guys really step up.
I could see 10 wins if Brennan is lights out but likely 8 or 9 IMO.

I'll go out there and say it here 11 wins if Brennan wins the Heisman

he probably looked at the schedule and also took into consideration how good Bama and Georgia will be this year. Bama for the first time in forever has a difference maker at QB like they have had in spades at every other position.

yes it can't be the best WR's ever because we had Landry and OBJ on the team at the same time and will never surpass that. But could say it is the most deep with very talented WR's ever.

Football season is fun in general, thus the 4.
But in terms of lsu, even with a badass defense, I have a sinking feeling orgeron is gonna screw it up.

Not excited at all about having O as the coach, however, it could be worst. LSU could have paid $75 million over the next 10 yrs to not win a championship.
that sums it up pretty well. O is ok, doesn't get me super pumped but at least we weren't stupid like TAM.
It would be sickening to watch LSU get beat and have paid some dude 7.5 million to do it. Talk about being the laughing stock of the college football world. How humiliating that is going to be for TAM fans.

it's like we have 8-10 Lafell, Byrds and Doucets at one time but no OBJ or Landry (yet) though Marshall and a couple others could be OBJ's or Landrys.

this could be a very good LSU team. One of the best in a long time, but the record may not reflect that this coming season, just due to what we are dealing with with this schedule.

Giles is the only one that will start this year anywhere close to as good as any of these three were on '07.

If we’re one of the best LSU teams in a long time than I would Only be concerned abou UGA and Bama.

the others just haven't been able to show it yet, but every name on that WR depth chart, such as Anderson, Sullivan, McMath, Jones, Chase, Jefferson, etc., has great ability and potential to surpass those three.

yes they both worry me this year much more so than in any other time in the past. A Bama team with a difference maker at QB is a scary thought. That was their Achilles heal in the past that made them vulnerable. And Georgia seems to suddenly be right there with them.
