How does seating work- super regional

Wife got tickets through the call in line (!). Anyone know how seating works? Says general admission on the tix. Can’t find an explanation online.

According to google there are 6 general admission sections general admission A-D and 2 sections on each line that say general admission bleachers.

I am familiar with the concept.
I am shocked I can't figure this out as well. But I still cannot find how it works-- as in where the general admission seats are. All the seating charts I see show A-D as reserved.

General admission seating for a super regional sounds horrible. Especially if you’re a visiting fan. Everyone is going to be like.. ohh these seats are saved.
