I see Aranda dropping 8 into coverage

I don't. I think he'll try the sort of tight bunch coverage that Auburn went with last Saturday, and a variety of blitz packages. Sure Bama will succeed on a few long passes, but since they're lower % it won't be a systemic breakdown.

Speed aside, Jeudy is their best player and Stingley will be lining up with him

You do realize teams are going after Stingley? And it's not because he is the best corner on the team! Aranda will not match Stingley up with Jerry...

Whatever matchup will fail less'un Aranda puts plenty of pressure on the QB. Those receivers are just too fast and too good.

We got to put pressure on tua or whatever qb they put in!! They cannot stand there and pocket pass. We go have to force them out of the pocket and rattle their qb on every attempted pass!!

Bend but don't break, don't turn a short or medium gain into a touchdown.

Poorly. He's kinda old to be out there doing that.

Yep. Jeudy and Ruggs get a ton of long TDs from missed tackles or after initial contact. Have to eliminate plays like that.

Of course, not. Cause Jeudy is the slot receiver. Which means Cary Vincent will be matched with Jeudy most of the time. Which is bad for LSU cause Vincent has been the weakest link in the defensive backfield all season long. Hopefully, though he will have his best game of the season on Saturday. Or maybe Aranda can replace him with Fulton and let Flot take Fulton's spot

If we play "mostly" zone , and don't pressure the QB, they'll bust the clock
