Exploit their run D like we did against Arkansas
This might not work too well missing Hines, Emery, and TDP. Getting the RBs back would go a long way. Curry and a walk on aren't exploiting Ole Miss' inability to stop the run.

LSU needs to attempt an onside kick after every score. Ole miss is gonna score regardless so might as well take the chance to get the ball back

We're gonna need some things to break/bounce our way. If we can turn them over a few times, we have a shot. I don't see us slowing them down.

Didn’t Hines come back in the UF game?
I know TDP’s mom said he didn’t have a significant injury on Twitter, but that’s no guarantee that he plays this week.
If TDP and Emery can’t go, we know they will run Johnson on the read option. I just hope we will finally let Bradford carry the ball, as he’s certainly faster than Curry. And maybe we would finally see Boutte and Palmer get some jet sweeps. I can’t understand why we don’t hit the corners with them at least 2-3 times a game and fake it even more. Their speed would be a problem on the edge.

We will give up over 600 yards of offense again, but if we can match score for score and score last, we can win.
See a pattern yet?

Yeah, it’s called Big 12 football.

You say you are worried like we are supposed to win.
We will give up no less than 600 yards

They haven’t played since 11/28. We are coming off of a big top ten win. Momentum like that carries over I think. We get the win 40 something to 30 something.

We should win this one no matter what the scores are. They won't score as many points as you might think......

They'll move the ball well. They suck on defense.

If TDP is a able to play, LSU's chances go up. Ole Miss gives up almost 220 ypg. He is the type of RB that can wear a D down. Emery could have a lot of success too if he is healthy enough to play (possible long runs with his speed at the 2nd level).
LSU needs to protect the ball and keep the Ole Miss offense off the field. Their passing D is only like two spots better than LSU's who is dead last in the NCAA. But their offense is great and waaaaay more creative than LSU's, so it's best to slow drive them to death on offense so their offense can't get on the field a lot and get in a groove.
