How do they make fans on the field exit the stadium?

I’ve always been curious about that. Did they make everyone exit the stadium through the tunnels on the field level?

The tunnels lead straight to the gates so yes that’s how.

Just a guess, but they have some equipment tunnels that they drive tractors, etc. through when they maintain the field. I’m guessing they route them out that way.

yep, there are a few tunnels that are not used by the team. If you notice the band comes out of one by the NEZ for halftime and pregame.

So fans eventually get bored and leave on their own like last night. I'm sure at some point they just force people to leave.

Dan Borne makes increasingly passive aggressive comments until they leave.

After doing that a few times during the Saban era, you eventually get bored and want to resume partying somewhere else with alcohol and celebrate the win. You leave through the tunnels.

The southeast visiting tunnel goes out the stadium.

Pregame band exit goes out the West side.

Back when we stormed after the Florida state game (1982?) they could have the deputies beat the crap out of everyone. After that game they were not allowed in the stadium for years.

But they did put up shoulder to shoulder cops at the student section and that stopped it for 15 years.

When they stopped doing that, we rushed the fileld again!

Nvm I thought you meant “rush the field”.

Lol actually 9 years. (3 degrees) and got season tickets when I was in law school during the Archer years when we sucked and good seats were available.

I rushed the field as a season ticket holder with seats next to the student section.

The tunnels leaving the field are huge and go straight to gates. It is probably faster to leave jumping out on the field than climbing up and going out like you are suppose to.

They wait for everyone to leave.

If anyone stays too long, they play Nickelback over the PA system.
