How did you react to the "pseudo" loss to Tennessee last year?

I need some humor today...
Funniest thing about that was my dad never ever gets upset over a game, but I remember him putting a Marcus Spears-esque swim move on my mom just so he could have enough space to take off his hat and throw it to the ground in disgust!
And then 2 minutes later...still disgusted, but somewhat happy we won.

My dad started cursing till he ran out of words. Then he started making up words. Then when he ran out of those, he started choking. Then he broke a remote (for the 123412341252345123th time). Then he was excited that we won.
ETA: If my dad would have been on TV and the censors were on, it would sound like a flat line in the hospital.

I threw my hat on the ground and "quit" LSU football "forever," and was almost too busy throwing a tantrum to realize that there was a flag.
then when we won i hugged people in excitement and tripped over the coffee table

I stayed very calm for a second and then began furiously organizing everything on my coffee table kind of like an OCD person would do. I lined up everything at right angles and made it very neat, While saying "Les Miles, Les Miles, Les Miles," over and over.
I was kind of glad that we won, but it did little to quell my fury towards the coaches.

I watched the 'last play' on my patio by the pool. After walking into the house so my kids didn't hear my MF'ing Crowton - my oldest boy runs in the house and informs me there's a flag.
Watched Ridley punch in the winner, then wondered how and why that would happen against a struggling TN team for a moment. Laughed at Dooley when Les had to chase him down to shake hands. Never really felt good about the win.

In disbelief. I was about 10mins behind on my DVR and my nephew came an the room and spoiled what happened..

I was more upset after we won. That was one of the most undeserved wins in LSU history.

That game was just the a microcosm of LSU, recently, and hope we have made changes at the top, so that crap doesn't happen again. I can't imagine the frustration around Tigernation, that day.

I can't comment on this public forum!!!!

I just started laughing pretty hard when the snap went past JJ and got up for another beer. When I came back I had to figure out what was going on again.

I was in the stadium with my orange on. When T-Bob put it through JJ's legs, I see bottles, sun glasses, cups, hats and anything else people could throw coming down. Well, I figured since I was wearing a huge target need to get out. So I haul arse to where we are tailgating.
I walk out of the stadium thinking my Vols pulled a big upset, but I don't want to gloat. As I walk in between the stadium and Mike's house, I hear the student section roar and the band crank up.
I have no idea what just happened, so I go ask a sheriff deputy. He said TN had too many men on the field and LSU just scored. FML!!!!

I was camping. My dad, my cousin, and I all simultaneously ran out of the camper (each throwing our caps, beers, or both) and stormed down the road cursing the name of Les Miles.
...then I ran back after I heard people screaming that it wasn't over...
Then I was deliriously happy and proceeded to get hammered-shite drunk.

It was the weirdest feeling to be in tiger stadium for the end of that game. Everyone went from being super pissed off and losing their shite to ecstatic. After the game everyone just sat around kinda like WTF just happened?

Had a wedding in white castle. Ceremony was during the 4th quarter, watched guests check their phones, watch streams etc...
We all knew what happened including the priest, until, during the homily, the limo driver comes running out of the bar screaming "they fricking won anyway!!!!" The ceremony almost stopped, we drank lots of scotch.

I turned off the TV and quit watching college football the minute LSU lost that game. How did the season turn out, by the way?

I was in the student section and we were all booing and shouting as many cuss words as we could. My friend turned back to us with his face redder than I've ever seen and shouted HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED RIGHT frickING NOW

I was watching with my brother and dad in a camper out in the woods (opening weekend of squirrel season). My dad got up with that crazy look in his eye and yelled, "Fire his arse!!!"
Then the craziness started and we ended up winning.
It sure didn't feel like a win.

People overreact about the ending and who "deserved" to win. The (second to) last play was a mulligan, both teams blew it trying to do too much. No excuse for the coaches doing something ridiculously stupid, but in a way in succeeded, it did have Tennessee superbly off guard. And it then left us plenty of time to regroup.
I think people overreact to what happened because of that moment when we thought we lost.
