The true freshman first baseman for Arkansas is having a very good year.

He just chose them instead. Lots of Razorback fans in that area too. he was having a rough year until recently, he’s really come on late.

Well I didn’t know his dad played for DVH, but tell me where any of the other statements are retarded.

Why do people ask this about every single player that goes out of state and turns out to be good? We aren’t going to get every single good player from Louisiana. It will never happen.

He lived in haughton

Well this is the first player I have asked about. But asking in particular of this player because he happens to be a true freshman who is in a starting role for a team that is about to win the first game in the College World Series. Do you know of any other true freshmen from Louisiana that are in a starting role for one of the 8 Team‘s in the College World Series?

Not sure it's a "we missed out" situation. Perhaps Dave Van Horn, by all accounts one of the top baseball coaches in the conference as well as the entire country, just recruited well and got the kid to sign with Arkansas. It happens.

Needs 1 thread. 5 players from LA are in Omaha.
Stovall, IF, Haughton, Arky
Ardoin, C, Sam Houston, Texas
McDaniel, P, St Thomas More, Ole Miss
McGehee, P, Tioga, Ole Miss
Dennies, P, Rummel, Notre Dame

Can we please do away with this narrative. Shreveport/Bossier has been very good to LSU in all sports.

And it’s actually closer to Baton Rouge than Fayetteville.
