Ok. As well as Georgia, and I can't emphasize enough the fact that he played us. A QB playing us kills statistics.

Injured, second string replacement. The biggest loss at LBer currently is Luke Muncie who was sick for USCe and should be back. See my above post about the rushing yards/depth of talent at LB.

Oh, and if all we have to do is have a safety spy Manziel to give him trouble, we've got 2-3 guys who are up to the task. These guys like to hit people... really hard...

Alexander is a true freshman, not Jones' "replacement," per se.

We've rotated LBs around since Jones wasn't academically eligible.

Academically ineligible =/= LB injury.

Our LBs play this past Saturday speaks for itself.

Tahj Jones isn't injured. Kwon wasn't his replacement.

Good point. But our defense won that game for us, unlike you guys playing La Tech in a fricking shootout. The only thing this game truly relies on is LSU's offensive productivity and scoring in the redzone. I would be utterly shocked if JFF has a field day and puts up over 30 on us.

Didn't he lose like 20 lbs with a virus?

Excuse me. Still not gonna be playing on Saturday.

You think you might be a little overconfident in that game plan?

You make it sound like Manziel should be a hesiman candidate.

A lot of homers on here on both sides. I expect TAMU's QB to gash us for 400 yards total, put up 20 plus points, turn the ball over three times, and lose by double digits.

LSU has no DEs who can come close to running with this QB. Mingo ran down Oregon's back when he was running east west reading his blocks not when he was at full speed.

To the TAMU idiot who tried to say their DEs are as good as LSU's...just no!

To the guy who mentioned Debo...good point. I think you're right about that.

He played against USC. Also, it looked like Kwon was better anyways, which is why he was playing vs Florida.

Manziel seems to play a game similar to what Terrance Magee did in high school. Probably using Magee on scout squad this week to prep our D for Manziel.

True.

I find it interesting that you don't mention anything about our LBs play this past Saturday.

This makes since. I'm getting a feeling this one may be similar to the WVU game last year. What y'all think?

It's not like our DE's are the only ones chasing after this guy.

Damontre Moore currently leads the nation in TFL, is 2nd in the nation in sacks, and leads the team in tackles.

He is every bit as good as anybody in the country.

As for our other DE and reserves? Nowhere near what y'all have.

I guess my biggest problem is that after the Towson and Florida, the sky was falling and suddenly y'all eek out a win over South Carolina at home and it's like y'all are invincible.

We'll see how it plays out on the field, but I fully expect a dogfight to the end.

20 LBS?!?! He doesn't have fricking AIDS, man. He may have lost a little weight, but 20 fricking pounds??

Again, you need look no further than how the replacements have stepped up at LB this season, ESPECIALLY Saturday night.

Yeah, that's why we were 14th in scoring defense going into this weekend, right?

Seriously, do y'all watch any games besides LSU?

Remind me, what team with relevance have you guys beaten this year? South Carolina was #3 in the country and is a better team than A&M without a doubt. We dominated them up front and in all honesty the score had zero indication on how the game was played. We should have blown them out

I think your QB is real good. He will
make some plays. But if we can control the clock and play our usual game we win going away.
