Right now there are certified retards selling these pieces of shite for $250 a piece on StubHub (If you’re one of these idiots then I hope you starve to death), but in the end what are the odds we can just go to the window and get a couple on game day?

Have you tried looking on Gametime? promo code Chicken for the cheapest tickets in the area.

Don't buy any tickets on stub hub for this Bowl unless they're dramatically below face value. You will be able to buy them on ticketmaster until day of if you want to lol.

ETA: I bought them on ticketmaster vs Baylor last year the day before the bowl game for face value [I think I paid a total of about $200 for 4 tickets].

Of course, we will never know, BUT I would love to compare the prices of tickets with Frank Wilson as HC (which we will know) and Lane Kiffin as HC. Obviously, the offense couldn't be made over in 3 weeks but just having Lane Kiffin on the sidelines, etc, I bet would make quite a difference in the ticket prices.

Ticket master isn’t even selling upper deck tickets at all. This game might not hit 50k in attendance seats 70k+

They will, they kept adding sections as it got closer to game day last year and that's when you can get real cheap tickets.

Nothing cheap about it. Whatever it is, it’s way too much to spend on this scrimmage.

Wait till last minute with any crap bowl game and people practically give them away $20-$40

Why would someone want to pay that much?

Is it expected to be an electric environment?

I’d rather watch from home. Better views of all the action, replays on demand, pause the action for bathroom breaks, and beer trips to the fridge.

I just got one for $130....which is guided by the last time I went

Last year got a random ticket in section 356... as the crowd thinned and I was feeling the day of drinking I decided to roam over one section to 355 which I found out was a club section... wandered right into the club lounge which was complete with free buffet and cooler of soft drinks. spent the rest of the game pouring splashed of my pint of turkey into diet coke cans... just went ahead and bought the seats this time.

$130 for a good view, free food and soft drinks and better bathroom access... all day

You can show up to the stadium without tickets and get free ones before the game

man you sound fun.

Bowl games are awesome and Texas bowl is an especially good one. you collide with a school you normally play but no pressure so the tailgate and lead up is a good time... usually pep rallies around the stadium and it's our last chance to see the tigers play before next season.

some fans really overthink this stuff

Bought club level 10 yd line on LSU side on seat geek last year day before game for $90.

I have been to 30-40 NFL and college stadiums and club level at NRG, as a whole, are the best seats of any football stadium in the country. The best sight lines, wide aisles, easy access, fun atmosphere but w little to no lines for concessions or rest rooms, terrific food items and a great bar area for pregame or casual fan during game.

Terrible deal. Last year I paid 35. for a seat in section 636, very high up but with a GREAT panoramic view, just one hour before the game start!

Last year, they had a group of Oilers legends party in the lobby of club entrance. Just before the half, I went up to the bar area and ended up sitting next to Dan Pastorini for twenty mins. We had mutual friends from his Oiler days as well as drag racing days and heard some great stories from a guy who lived them.

Pretty sure I dont have a conversation with a guy who was the first in history to wear a flak jacket under his pads, and was at the wheel of an experimental nitro fueled dragster when it exploded at 250 mph, in my living room on the way back from the fridge.

Just wait a little after kickoff, then buy the tickets. I was able to get tickets for about $50 off the Gametime app around the 50-yard line for the 2019 Semi-Final game.
