As LSU fans, how can we bitch about being sent anywhere?

If it wasn't for great play this week. We would be sitting home.

Our team is peaking at the right time, sit back cheer and enjoy.

STOP BITCHING!

No one is bitching about competition. It just sucks being cut off from the vast majority of our fan base.

That I would agree with, if we didn't wait till the last week of season to get in.

Goodness.

Not liking where we are going does not equate to not appreciative of being in post-season.

LSU has more than earned getting in though.. They took care of serious business with a very depleted roster. Oregon St is literally the only place I would not have liked to have been sent too.

Frankly the way they played all year, they are lucky to be in the dance. They need to just get it done.

I sure ain’t complaining. I’ll be making the drive from Fort Collins, CO to Corvallis on Thursday!

They could have sent us to Texas where it's too hot.

But instead they sent us to Oregon where it's too cold.

Why couldn't they send us somewhere where it's just right?!?

I think it’ll be nice for the team to see a different part of the country, to play somewhere where it’s not 100 fricking degrees.

You’re really asking how LSU fans can complain?

Correct. Lose to Mississippi state on Tuesday and we are at home. If you wanted a regional in Baton Rouge, you should have went out and earned it.

Minnesota just made more sense if they were gonna send us north.

I haven’t seen anyone say the Regional should have been in Baton Rouge. I think some are just disappointed that LSU wasn’t sent somewhere within reasonable driving distance. There were plenty of regionals within a 10 hour drive and LSU has plenty of alumni living in Texas and the Southeast. It would have been nice for ticket sales to send LSU anywhere but the West Coast and Minnesota.

Does LSU have the right to gripe, no. Is it okay for fans to be disappointed in the draw, sure.

I mean, sure, the regional site is a drive for most, and that’s inconvenient.
Corvallis is still about to be covered in the purple and gold, and I’m not sure they’re ready for what’s coming... just like Syracuse wasn’t.

Plus, it’s going to be glorious ending Oregon State’s season two years in a row.

Maybe, but you had a lot of teams that shouldn't have won Conference Tournament but they did. That knocks things around and is why team's like Kentucky get left out.
