How can anyone have a grip with what coach O has done SINCE his hire...

Not a gripe about his hire, but with what he has done since.
new OC-- Check
Retain Aranda-- check
2 great Qb commits-- check
Retain pocic-- check
Top juco WR-- check
Not saying you gotta love the hire, but he is doing good things now and if you are a true Tiger fan, this excites you.

We had them before he was hired, and only through his hamfistedness which revealed an underlying lack of identity for the program did we lose their commitments.
That said, the rest of the list is pretty good with the exception of Aranda who was already under contract and was selected and hired by his predecessor and Pocic, who I thought was a senior.
