He wants to get the admins to check his IP address to see if it's an alter.
1. It's not as if they're going to settle some lame ban bet from some old fart.
2. Anyone can mask their IP address if they can Google. Anyone that would have multiple accounts can probably set up a VPN.
It's a ridiculous bet to make.

Admins could IP address check it, but it’s easy to mask your IP. Anyone can google it.
It’s not a fair bet, regardless.
