Someone needs to explain why, especially 3rd and long, with a mobile QB who is killing us, Perk lines up in the middle over him, and doesn’t spy him?

It was hilarious when the announcers called out our fraudulent staff over that. Over and over and over.

Defense’s inability to stop Ole Miss when it mattered was the turning point in the season.
Baker has loads of talent on this defense. They cannot tackle, cannot contain a QB and have no answer for a QB that moves outside the pocket. Charlie Weiss put on a coaching clinic against him. Vandy and A&M showed he still cannot stop a mobile QB, which is where the games has gone to.
Until now Baker has gotten a pass because Sloan is so bad. But he has not proven worthy of $2.5 million per.

His defense has regressed a lot but Aggy was working with a short field a lot thanks to our special teams

Fire the whole lot of em. Suck for a year in recruiting. Spend half a second actually thinking about an incentive based contract that rewards winning. Get the guy that says ya’ll when referring to us.

When’s the last time we blitzed Perkins? Just send him off the edge. He should also be on the edge for field goal block. His role needs to be very defined.

He seems like a nice guy, but he’s over his head here. He clearly has no idea how to deal with a mobile QB. The Arkansas QB is going to run wild on his D.
