I'm thinking about the same game I believe. Miserable and perhaps the most boring LSU game I've ever seen. Nothing but handoffs and humidity. I wasn't about to leave early, but I did keep looking at the scoreboard and hoping the clock would move faster.
she never asked again!

Was miserable because of the humidity and I think the emotions involved with that game played a factor.
Hottest game IMO atleast that ever experienced. Season opener 9-5-92, Texas A&M in Tiger Stadium 1:30 kickoff on ABC. They were packing ppl out of the stadium with heat exhaustion.

I think the outcome of the game made people even more hot under the collar
I was recollecting that game the other day, remembering all the shite my family and friend that went to UTk gave me when they one. I told them to enjoy it, cause they won't be winning for against LSU in football for a long time

Hottest I've ever been in TS was Tenn. '05. Hottest LSU game I've ever been to was at Auburn for refgate '06. Holy shite it was hot.

4 pages late but I vote for the MSU game from 2005 (I think). It was an 11:30 game and it was hot as hell.

Hmmm. Wasn't it the first home game back after 9/11, with Lee Greenwood singing "God Bless the USA" ?
It was the first home game after 9/11, and it was in October. A cold front had moved through Baton Rouge by the time we got there. I remember it was the last time a Spurrier coached team has beaten LSU. A lizard fan was sitting behind us and kept talking about "how much better" everything was in lizardland. One of my friends finally told him to shut up.

UT 05 and there isn't a comparison.
the 08 Appy game ranks, but NOTHING comes close to that UT 05 game.

Don't remember who we played but it was the first game that year and started at 7pm, and the temp was still 97 with NO wind at kickoff. It was so hot I could drink. early 2000's I think. sweating just thinking about it !
