You know, I know nothing about that, but something like 25 years ago we went to the OM game at Oxford. And man it was cold. dangit.

How many times must we go through this? This is a message board and posters have nothing to do with the team’s preparation for the game. Why is this so hard to understand?

Hey man...I've been giving 110% at practice every damn day. When I'm not at practice...I'm in the film room...I'm super super super focused on Ole Miss. That's all I can do.

The fan base simultaneously lives in the past, present, and future. This is normal. IT HAS NO BEARING ON THE TEAM! The coaches live 95% in the present, but keep that 5% look ahead (recruiting and planning) during the season. Part of the 95% living in the present is keeping the players living 100% in the present.

Fans talking past, present, and future on TD or at work have no bearing on the outcome. None!

We must however, keep wearing our unwashed lucky underwear on game days!

That's not true. I've personally mentioned chicken on a stick twice this week. If that doesn't show focus on Ole Miss, I don't know what does.

LSU fans have heard shite about 21-0 for eight years from nearly everyone (and heard about every loss that followed too). LSU fans should be and will be talking about the win for a LONG time. That team posted the most points on Bama in a stadium that is 90 years old and beat a team that hasn't lost there in 31 games. Ed O has said in every interview that their focus is on Ole Miss because if they want to accomplish their ultimate goals, they have to keep winning because what you're ranked at the end of the season is all that matters.

There have been threads on here about Ole Miss being dangerous because of their fast QB too. Ole Miss has a pretty good team and is competitive. Almost all of their losses minus Bama have beem tight. They will be ready for LSU. But I see no signs of issues with focus, dedication or heart with LSU's team. 46-41.

It’s the team that needs to prepare for Ole Miss and not the fans. Fans are allowed to revel in a victory that was 8 years coming.
Our excitement over the Bama win, or our lack of preparedness for Ole Miss won’t affect this team one iota.

You must have missed Coach O and Burrow’s POSTGAME conference Saturday.

“This win wasn’t our goal at the beginning of the season. We have bigger goals. We’ll enjoy this win, but we have to beat Ole Miss next weekend.”

Downvote away IDGAF. But be honest...all week long we’ve been reminiscing on the Bama game
