That was a reaction. She didn't throw an actual punch. She was angry and yelling. In displaying her anger she threw her arms. Not at anyone and not with any intent other than displaying her emphatic anger at the referee. It's not a stretch to say she threw a punch. It's an inaccurate statement.

I feel like I must be watching a different video than what some of y’all are seeing. She’s clearly just gesturing forcefully. In no way shape or form did she “throw a punch”
