It’s funny because my wife has said that she eventually wants a mommy makeover, even though she looks great

I’m friends with a plastic surgeon and he’s shown me what to look for.
The number one giveaway is if they are top heavy towards the collar bones. They have the choice to go above the muscle and the upper part doesn’t have as much drop
For the record, I don’t give two shits and they are incredible, but they are most likely fake.
