It's a weird situation to me. On one hand logic says to wait to see what we do vs SEC pitching. But, on the other hand, we couldn't do this vs shite pitching before.

We've hit way worse against worse pitching. I like what I see so far. This is what you're supposed to do before SEC and we haven't exactly done this in awhile.

Some of these pitches are on a tee, but you love to see it rather than not

Doesn't matter who is pitching.

Good hitting teams take advantage.

In baseball habits mean so much.

everywhere hes been theyve seen the sharpest improvement in his second year. it takes some time to erase bad habits out of hitters

Thats fine, im just not crowning him bc we smashed youngstown st in 1 of 2 games and are killing nicholls. He’s like my amc shares, a long hold

i dont disagree I'm just saying that Eddie Smith's history tells us that this probably isnt a fluke. That being said Eddie Smith has never coached in a conference as stacked on pitching talent as the SEC is this year

I'm no pessimist by any means but this is correct. It's a long season and the competition will ramp up big-time.

If our 3 starters rock it, then we have a good chance in every series.

Hey, im all in on us hitting the ball bc we have a championship caliber rotation and a bullpen with potential. We shall see but by all means succeed away, eddie

Right

I think there were 14 SEC pitchers in the top 50 of the nations draftable prospects for D1 baseball
