Wow!!! I'm an Arkansas fan as well and I would trade hogwild08 and Casey Dick for JaMarcus Russell without thinking twice about it!!!

this thread, by itself, proves every school has fans that are complete homers and probably don't watch any college games except for their teams. I'd rather have Jacob Hester than Darren McFadden because he gets the tough yardage? Wow so does McFadden, he also returns kicks, and scores...ALOT, if you're an LSU fan that would rather have jacob hester please stop representing LSU......and Arkansas fans that would rather have Casey Dick than JaMarcus Russell, same exact thing...do you people even watch football?

Touchdowns arent the whole story. Just because Hester has some TD's doesnt make him a good back. If you give someoen a lane to run, it isn't hard to score from 3 yards out. Oh, and Im not a homer at all, but to say youd take Casey Dick of JR is just plain idiotic.

No, actually McFadden would be the #9 ranked running back in the nation right now!

No, ACTUALLY he is ranked 9th in the nation right now. Just stating facts...check the NCAA website.

I assume you are going by rushing yards per game. If you think being first and playing in the MAC is better than being 9th and playing in the SEC you are clueless. Numbers aren't always everything.

I SAID he is ranked 9th. Did I EVER say that I agreed with it. I would argue that a couple above him are just as good though.

The 2nd string RB at Arkansas would start at LSU. If you passed on McFadden then you are simply foolish. A back that throws, receives, gets under center, and takes kick offs to the house is a no brainer. The only comparison that MIGHT be made is do you take Felix Jones. He could start at ANY SEC school.
