If you’re alluding to the roll out that hit him in his hands ( albeit behind him again.) no you dumb frick. You dont sit….you slide with qb.
You don’t sit and make qb throw back across his body. You find a soft space and roll with him. It was a difficult throw and catch, that at this level you have to make…two weeks in a row.

I’m happy to have someone as good as him at backup but he needed to settle down. He missed opportunities for TDs on 2 drives. One to #44-missed the throw and that ball should have been thrown way earlier, and then at the end to #1. He looked way faster than I expected running the ball though

I haven’t seen it on tv yet but that play happened right in front of me. We were screaming for him to throw it to wide open 44 long before he threw that ball

I love how Clark isn't scared from contact but he's not the best passer. I don't think he completed a pass.
That's not meant to be interpreted as me throwing shade to him, I just don't think he's very accurate as a passer from what I've seen and the rest of the schedule suggests you need to be pretty accurate.
But I do admire his determination.

Neither of our QBs are currently what I’d call “dominating”. They aren’t bad, that’s not at all what I’m saying but the QB position is definitely NOT the strength of the team this year.

Leavitt made some really great throws tonight when he was forced to be a pocket passer. If he can settle in to that and scramble as a backup, he’s going to be very good

Clark was effective when he went in the game especially earlier in the game.

They went plain vanilla with him in there and he moved the ball.

Well fwiw 59% could increase greatly with better coaches, much better players around him, head and shoulders a better offseason, better conditioning and weights program, etc... we haven't had a back up execute like this in decades
