If Charlie Weis Jr. was this incredible OC, as he's being made out to be, he would have landed one of the many recent big time job openings, but not one team wanted him as its head coach.

If you don’t like the coaching staff then you get your arse out there and find a better staff to bring to LSU. Because I can guarantee you the one we have now is 50x better than the horse shite we had this season.

How do you know he wasn't a finalist for those jobs? Maybe Weiss said "no thanks". Maybe he's on the Kirby Smart plan. See Baker, Blake.

Lane Kiffin trusts him and Lane has a proven track record of developing ELITE offenses. Trust Lane knows what he is doing he has earned that right from an Offensive standpoint.

Kirby Smart says hello, I guess he was just the face of those Alabama defenses and it was all Saban. Glad Smart is under achieving at UGA.

No, just financially responsible. We're still paying our last two coaches $72M in buyouts and we've become the laughing stock of the SEC.
Weis had agreed to a 6M deal and word gets out that OM wanted him and we give him a $1.5M raise to a coach that hasn't done shite for LSU and no big time school wanted him as its HC.
The reality is up until 3 weeks ago, 99% of SEC fans had never even heard the guy's name before. Lane does have one gift - he's an expert at feasting on desperate football programs and making he, his family members and his close friends very wealthy!
