Here is the way I look at it regarding the roster

I felt comfortable with the ones we have and think we will have a very good team. CLK and Glasscock did a masterful job bringing in playmakers all over and holding onto commits from the previous staff while flipping others.
Yes having Wright and Harris would have been nice and an added bonus however it will not be what makes or breaks this season. CLK has shown he can do more with less vs Brian Kelly who did the opposite. My 2 cents

I agree, and so long as it is within the rules, I’m not going to be upset about Lane making our team better either.

Any coach worth their salt will always be trying to make their team better and have a better chance of winning. This was an opportunity to do so. No rules were broken

Football will be fine.
Basketball has the bigger loss with Luis, but I think they will be fine as well, though probably not as good as they would have been.
