LSU has given up a lot of sacks this year. It is a publicized weakness of LSU but an overlooked weakness of Alabama.

Yep, pretty even. And I bet if you ask anyone cold they'd swear Bama's given up far fewer sacks than LSU. Thus the misconception that Bama's unbeatable.

Herd also guaranteed Georgia would win in 2003.
And plus he uses dove soap so he obviously doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Look, it's a fact that LSU's Offensive Line has had some losses this season. Now, I haven't observed all of Alabama's games, but I've occasionally seen Alabama fans claim that the coaching staff has been experimenting with the offensive line. Also, both AJ and Mett have held onto the ball too long sometimes. Taking those things into account, let's drop the statistical arguments and make qualitative and objective responses.

Said lsu will have to pressure with only 4 and get to AJ. Also said that lsu will have to play way over their heads. Basically we are going to lose.

And? Have you watched both teams play this year?

We have not played well and lost one game. Highest ranked 1 loss team. We get plenty of respect. I am so tired of all the crying about how disrespected our team is by the media.

Personally I would rather the media pick bama and give our players even more incentive to win.

I don't remember Herbie saying this (so maybe he did), but I distinctly remember Trev Alberts gargling UGA's spunk before each game that year. I giggled after the first game, and laughed my arse off after the second.

Lineup is pretty solid. A sack or two is due to holding on too long. Several have been Fluker getting flat out beat. Great run blocking, but he whiffs on pass blocking at times. Kujo got beat last week on the left side on one of AJ's sacks. It's a mixed bag on the 17 that add up.

I once respected Herbie. After last year's Saban sucking and this year's commentary I have none.

Hmm

I think LSU should be able to get some pressure with 4

I'm more interested in getting turnovers than sacks but it looks like AJ is smart with the ball. Might have to settle for a couple sacks instead.
