In a long time. Refs were the worst I’ve seen in a long time. Why is it SEC has the worst refs in any sport in the nation?

I've been watching bb for many years and this is as bad I've ever seen. Even the announcers were in on the fix.

I haven’t seen a foul disparity like that in a long time.

This board complains about the refs every game and 90 percent of the time they are fine. This was not one of them, they were awful.

Same crew of officials work all conferences. We’ve had this group before I don’t recall the game but it was a cupcake. Our style of play will cause these types of games. Ask Ky fans how we didn’t get called for 30 fouls against them. Every crew calls them different. It worked to our advantage tonight Fla missed a ton of free throws and we have the depth now to withstand foul trouble.We just need to do as WWsaid keep doing what we do and we’ll be just fine. It’ll never be pretty playing the brand we play.

Always worse bias against us than routine when we play Florida for whatever reason.

LSU's style of defense is aggressive, not out of control. So many of the calls were ticky tack, while Florida was throwing elbows around, and trucking into Mwani Wilkinson, with no calls. Blaming the foul disparity on LSU's style of play is a lazy excuse for what happened out there.

All you can hope for is for officials to be consistent with their calls for both teams. I can live with that. Last night that wasn’t the case.

Coach Wade called it a fools errand when asked about filling a report and I agree. It's not going to change how they call the game, we just have to make smarter decisions and play to our strengths.

How they could call a flop on Gaines and minutes later call offensive foul on Eason when the UF player was smiling then laughing on the floor?
There were other obvious ones O'Neal's block and minutes before not calling foul on UF when O'Neal was shooting.

It was almost like they were trying to get the game back to a competitive score. Whether that was punishment for WW or to help out someone in Vegas, I don’t know.

The flop and charge discrepancy was ridiculous. And the fact that 12 blocked and hacked Eason(I think) under the basket in the same sequence and neither drew a foul early on it was evident they weren't gonna call things evenly. He didn't even get a foul called against him until the last 2 minutes of the game if I remember correctly and those didn't even matter at that point.

Stop saying ridiculous things. The disparity in the calls last night was pretty awful, but so is the idea that announcers are either in on fixing a game or favor one team over the other.
This take is the height of emotional, reactionary fans saying the dumbest shite in the moment.

I wouldn’t say the announcers were in on the fix, but the refs sure as frick were.
We were getting hacked all night with no calls, but we do the same thing and immediate whistle. As stated many times, if the refs called this game evenly and we get that many fouls I can live with it, but to call so many on us and disregard their fouls is pretty blatant cheating
