And I think it’ll pay huge dividends. The new stall looks young hungry and excited to be here..

All the players were reposting/sharing it.

Feels like the biggest deal is that they're just a younger generation. Moffitt was amazing for so many years but just like Corey Raymond a change was needed

Yeah your totally right- it actually looks like they have zero motivation and incompetent. Should have just kept the statues quo and trotted out overweight lineman and out of shape players. Shaping up for another shitty season!!…

Does this suit you better, a-hole??

You clearly know what you’re talking about, but you’re not framing the conversation well. You’re being combative about it without informing anyone. I gather from the last thread that you find no fault with Moffitt’s S&C program, and that’s fine. Explain to someone who doesn’t know as much as you do (I.e. me) where the deficiencies were. There were marked areas of weakness in conditioning throughout the past decade of LSU football. Again, I know you know what you’re talking about, but help us out rather than being so hostile.

Though we haven't seen any games yet with the new staff, they seem like a breath of fresh air. I'm looking forward to what this program is about to accomplish.

Yeah, you're right. We were all really looking forward to another season of fat and out of shape LSU football players. Man that would be amazing. Bring back Moffit!!!!!

You're a moron btw

It’s funny how S&C suddenly gets better when the head coach decides to hold players accountable. Doesn’t matter what S&C does if players can do whatever they want.

I don't understand how some people can say Moffitt was the issue, when we never had issues fielding athletic players that were fit. If you listen to Jordy, a couple of times the players noticed that their nutrition was the biggest change. That falls on the players and former nutritionist.

Literally every coach and player interviewed this summer lauded the S/C staff and discussed changes and the use of technology.

That was not his point, which was that you can't tell how motivated the new staff is by looking at a photograph.

It was necessary. I don't read fluff pieces. I would bet money this team is far better conditioned than previous teams of the last decade, even 2019. There were issues, it has to improve.

Without a doubt we were stuck in the stone ages. Lineman being overweight and players easily getting injured costed us 2-3 games the past few years. This is probably just as important as the culture change and discipline.
