Has the SEC potentially committed a crime or some civil injury?

I don’t know the first damn thing about ANY of this, and I suppose our AG is well versed in same. I’m just fricking mad. My question though is this, if, in the Federal pleadings that the SEC has already filed, the SEC alleges that 15 school presidents met without LSU’s knowledge to discuss the potential removal of LSU from the SEC, would it not seem as though the SEC has nearly almost admitted in legal pleadings to some type of violation of anti trust laws in light of the NCAA v Alston case? I mean college football is big business and them discussing the potential hindering of LSU and their player’s abilities to earn the mega bucks, might teeter on something like that? I don’t know anything about any of it, and don’t profess to know what any of it means. I’m sure LSU’s attorneys and the AG have looked into it. I just know it seems rotten to hell and back. Sankey appears to have the stench of his own ineptitude oozing from every pore.
