Not even top 50

No. Not even close. I liked him. I played baseball at La. Tech when his Mom played on those great Techster teams. I met her in Omaha recently. Great person, great competitor. I like Kramer, but he's not top 5. No way. The thing is though, he may end up being great in pros. I hope so, you never know.

Solid player without a doubt… Folded like a cheap suit in Omaha. Not in top 5

He barley cracked the top 5 infielders from this past year for me. He made the cut at 5 after the 1B fiasco

I don't post often, but not even close...
You have a case of cranial anus inversion. If that's too big of words for you, it means head up your arse. I watched all the greats in the 90's, and he wouldn't have been their bat boy.

Am I the only one that thought he said "don't let me get on" (base)?

Sure, I'll play along with my 2 cents...
1) Todd Walker- he's embodied the pinnacle of a LSU baseball player. Was a hard worker & leader. Could hit for contact, power, & clutch. Defensively, he was a stone wall and had a great arm for a 2nd baseman.
2) Warren Morris- do I even need to explain why? lol
3) Joey Belle- he was widely criticized for his off field antics and hate for the media, but he was fun to watch in college and the pros.
4) Ben McDonald- my earliest LSU baseball memories were of his dominating performances. It's only too bad that he didn't quite get it done in Omaha.
5a) Eddie Furniss- a complete monster at the plate, EVERY year he was here.
5b) Russ Johnson- sorry bud, and I don't mean to be rude to you, but he was 10 times the SS that Kramer was. His defense was always stone cold, & he could flat out hit.

Hard to pick just 5, but since that's what was asked:
1. Furniss
2. Walker
3. Mondo
4. Schultz
5. Koerner
I could just as easily added Bregman, Chad Jones, Russ Johnson, the Nolas, LeMahieu, Mahtook, Peever, Lanier, Morris, Wally, Mestepay, Koerner, Ced Harris, Jason Williams....
Kramer is not on that list. Not a knock on the guy, there have just been so many great players that have worn the Tigers uniform and made us proud.
