That's just what Notre Dame reports, they don't disclose his total compensation.

We had an Online this year that supposedly had two “freakish” tackles. How many sacks last night?
LSU needs an OL Guru to come in here and fix the OL shite show.
I'm waiting for the season to end to see if R-Kansas fires Sam Pittman.
Get him in here as Associate Head Coach and OL Coach.
BK is gonna have to take bold and decisive action like this to fix all the problems.
He cleaned "House" on Defense last year and he'll have to do similar things on Offense...........

Even if it's 1.5 million more, that puts him at 4, so 6 is 2 more. If he didn't accept it, screw him and move on. My point is, there's no way you give him a $100 million contract. He's proving this year, he isn't worth the money. Possibly he turns it around next year but that is doubtful with most of the OL gone, most likely a new QB and a bunch of unproven WR'S to go along with a much maligned defense. So, at best, you're 5 years in and most likely not a championship and you still can't get rid of him because of a bad contract that a coach didn't warrant getting.

In this new world of NIL & instant transfers, it doesn’t take 3-5 years to build a program. But you have to have the right mix of talent & coaching all on the same page.

That was not his mo coming out of highschool. He was said to have a mean streak. I think your are misplaced with your anger at him, he is playing a position he is kinda to tall for and thinking way way more then he should as a first time starter. Center is for the smartest and normally smallest most athletic guy. Chester I hope gains confidence as a guard and can start pinning wars back and throwing guys around instead of sitting on his haunches letting guys attack.

I'll believe it when I see it. All I see is a soft arse Olineman who looks completely lost on the field.
Come on man, block SOMEONE.

Luckily the 2025 class is still relatively intact. I look for things to come apart if he can't do something with it.

And as a punishment to JaCoby we’ve added him to the staff now.
Maybe he is still part of the problem.

LSU's and BK's future at LSU for the next 5 years will be determined 100% by how well LSU/BK is able to hole together the incoming 2025 recruiting class. We have hope going forward if he keeps #1 class and obviously holding Underwood. Major NIL money needs to be going to a new OL coach to spend on some major major major upgrades on the Oline. I would expect Underwood to demand that in order to come.
I am hoping all of this happens for LSU , otherwise the next 7-10 years of LSU football will be looking from the bottom up in the SEC.

No he hasn't. Check 2025 recruiting class for reference.
