Saying Wade’s statement adding fuel to the fire and is a bad move. Shouldn’t ask for his job back when he is caught on tape.

Fricking idiots. He should have never been suspended to begin with if this administration didn’t have its head up its arse

I know they act like this is why they won’t come to an agreement. It was a bad move on wades part because he didn’t bow down to the clowns in the athletic office.

They’re right. He needs to be laying low. Handle shite behind close doors, not a public statement. Just go into the fricking meeting and plead the 5th on shite you don’t want to answer

Nah, he should sway the media back in his favor so they make another reactionary decision

It is a bad move. This isn't the wild west. It's like someone on the rant wrote that for him

Kinda like how LSU brass kept it low key, behind closed doors?

He never did anything wrong. Offering a scholarship is not illegal.

I support doing whatever makes the LSU administration look bad.

Hanny said as plain as day that he understands why Wade isn't talking to them. They only said that he's not laying low.

Not if you’ve already accepted you won’t be back and you’re beginning your attack for the incoming lawsuit

LSU's attorney you mean? Agreed...that was beyond unnecessary rhetoric.

I don’t see wade coming back. Just trying to get as much money as possible.

No matter what he does you would spin it negatively. And I’m fine with that, because I’ve never seen someone so often wrong as you.

I agree. Wade's statement was an attempted power play because he knows he has the fans and some influential boosters behind him. He essentially tried to pain LSU as the "bad guy". The problem is that LSU fired back in a strongly defensive posture and now everything has gotten even more out of hand.

Instead of trying to handle shite through the media who ALWAYS wants a sensationalized story, they should have been trying to work something out (if possible)

Now, in response to Wade's statement, LSU lobbed essentially a nuclear bomb back and in the process, ended any chance Wade would ever coach again at LSU. I thought the statement from Wade was completely unnecessary. But on the flip side, while LSU could have just said nothing, they instead just lit the house on fire.

“ it’s a bad move.”

One with think it was the move taken under direction of his attorney. It shows his desire to coach basketball which he is under contract to do. LSU has now put them selves on record again as preventing him from performing his coaching duties. I think it’s probably called, setting the table for what is to come.
