“Miles had pissed off some of the money guys.”

The people who were pissed over Miles offense and his constant lying about changing his offense had been pissed about it for years and tried to fire him the season before he made his “promises” that you say got him fired. So once again you don’t know what you’re talking about.

What’s weird is that he is really arguing that as long as O changes the offense the record isn’t that important...

It very much looks like the makings of an excuse for O. He could go 7-5 but if the offense puts up yards they’ll say he did what we wanted him to do why fire him.

I'm barely interested enough to read this post of yours. I'm sure as hell not going to dig through back pages to appease your punk arse.

Admittedly I don't follow all of the football threads these days, but is this really a "they" thing or a "him" thing?

Let me ask you this. If I was the head coach, and I was 4-0, would you still be looking for ways to fire my arse?

I'd fire your arse just because of the stupid shite you've posted on here and tried to pass it off as fact.

I think a 9 win regular season has always pretty much been the minimum before seat warmer discussion has begun. Ironically, we've only had 9 win seasons... still... so, whoever says the bowl game doesn't matter is wrong.

I think Ed O kind of laid out what's going on in an indirect way. Woodward is probably judging him on three things:

1. Recruiting
2. Business Acumen (coaching changes)
3. On field results

1. He's currently performing on this task.
2. Sullivan is gone - another change has been made. He's technically taken action at this point to address the glaring weakness which was 2018 offense. The question is whether or not one feels as though Ensminger should have been replaced directly or if Brady doesn't work out... how many more hires does he get?
3. Sorry, things might look "on track," but this is still technically not meeting the expectations.

Bottom line, he has a little bit of security right now. Woodward is huge into recruiting and O is doing that. Now, if next year ends up 8-4, and we lose a third of our recruiting class, his situation will have changed dramatically... regardless of how many more times he changes the offense.

This years team could go 6-6 and it wouldn't bother Waffle Jeaux one bit. As long as Burrow throws for 3500 yards and 35 touchdowns he'll be happy as a clam.

I mean come on.... The dude or [KID] is acting like a tough guy behind a keyboard but has proven he doesn't know shite … He brags about Burrow and how great he is but can't back it up... He has zero clue on WHY Miles was Fired, Yet WON'T answer ANY of my questions... He has made a total fool of himself as far as even debating football.....

I have asked him how he would feel if Miles was still here and was able to land Burrow... Yet he has zero response... Because he has none......
