It's been said, but if "all" Mathieu was doing was smoking herb (NOT selling and NOT harder drugs), then I would be fine with letting him attend LSU as a student for 2012-2013 on his own dime and to apply for reinstatement to the team (and scholly) for 2013-2014, with "conditions" for his reinstatement to even have a chance.

PLus...I need someone to explain to me how TM7 can afford this.
Paying for his schooling for 2 semesters is big bucks. No one can pay that for him. His family has to get a loan or maybe they have an extra 20k laying around. (I dunno exact cost for LSU)

His aunt and uncle are not poor. They paid his way through private high school. They can do this.
Like any family that has an unexpected expense, it will take some shifting. But, they will be fine.
