So much credit to Jay and this team. It’s crazy that they did “The Climb” documentary and have made it to the Natty. If they can stick vaults and be a little stronger on beam, why can’t they win the Championship?

I think Bryce needs to do floor Saturday over Elena if kj can’t go. Bryce has more upswing. Also put Bryce in vault and leave kj out.

I mean before the injuries, this team was vastly underperforming and without Kiya, it looked pretty bleak, especially considering they were coming off a horrible postseason last year. I think he has went to the drawing board and really maximized the capability of this group.
He has caught a lot of hell, including from me, but this performance is one to be proud of and one to truly build off.
If he can pull it off on Saturday, it would be one hell of a story.

Jay adapted, unlike last year when he was stubborn and relied on super seniors who blocked younger gymnasts from getting the reps they needed.
He finally grew as a lineup manager because he was forced to, but hopefully he carries what he learned this year with him the rest of the way.
Also credit to adapting to the 2 pass meta half way thru. If they continued to be stubborn, I don't think we would still be here.

Finally watched and I'm actually surprised the score was a close as it was. We crushed it on bars. Meanwhile, Florida was getting 9.9s on vaults with massive hops and steps.
Bottom line, I will never understand college gymnastics scoring.

The crawl on SECtv says “Trinity Thomas leads FL. Gators advance to championship Rd”. No mention that LSU WON the event.
