You are getting carried away here...certainly Les does not need to apologize for the whole season, that is silly. But it was also silly for Les to not try some different things in the last game when so much was at stake, with what the team had fought so hard to be in position to win. Les SHOULD apologize for THAT.

It's over. LSU lost to Alabama.
JL and JJ won't play another game at LSU.
I realize it's been a painful week, but it's time people start moving on. LM is here to stay, JJ and JL are gone, and Alabama beat LSU in the 2012 BCSCG.

Les doesn't owe any of us anything. if you don't like it fire him and pay him $15 million.
we should stop focusing on jl and look ONLY at the big picture. les, why din't you make some SIGNIFICANT ADJUSTMENTS (jl would be one option).
agreed, we needed to do something different but that didn't HAVE to be playing jl. miles is paid $4 million to figure out what changes needed to be made. having said that, jl could have/should have been option 1 when it came to making adjustments.

It really is amazing. GB is constantly bashed on here for his almost always negative reporting on LSU. Now everybody agrees with him?
Next year when everybody is back on board the wagon he will be hated again.
