Drunk girls can’t be raped? The guy has a history. That doesn’t mean he is guilty, but you certainly have to take that into consideration and lean towards the girls side here. I remember many drunk years in college and also know many guys that would take advantage of a drunk girl. It’s not crazy to think it’s true.
Maybe she is making the rape part up. But again, history shows that he is certainly capable.

Ok for the slow people. TITLE IX IS NOT WHERE YOU GO TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES.
If you honestly believed you were raped and the school told you they did not see any reason to proceed then you would just drop it? You wouldn't go see an Attorney and file criminal charges?
If there is no charge and they did not pursue this for 4 years then I have serious doubts about this. Especially when one of says she was so damn drunk that she barely remembers a damn thing.

Wonder why Guice dropped so much in the draft... he certainly doesn’t have a sterling reputation. We know he’s a woman beater though and that’s all I really need to know he doesn’t deserve to play in the NFL, regardless of the accusations at LSU.

Well based on that admission by you then I think if some girl came back and said she was so drunk that she doesn't hardly remember anything and that you raped her then I believe her. You rapist.

It still a pretty gray area.
There are people who get black out drunk but can walk and carry on a conversation (especially if those prescription pills are uppers like adderall)
If a girls isn’t passed out or incoherent how are you supposed to know she’s too drunk to give consent? Which is why cases Like that get hazy quickly.

Well yes I have a daughter and I have 2 Granddaughters. I also have more than a pea for a brain.
You don't try and convict on allegations when charges are not filed on something as serious as a rape charge. Tell me why neither of these two upstanding young ladies of virtue chose to not seek legal counsel.
Now regarding my Daughter and Granddaughters, they were all raised to not put themselves into compromising situations such as bringing home a man you don't know while they are drunk out of their minds.
These girls admit that alcohol was prominent to the point their memory is limited. WTF makes you think that anyone should be locked up on a felony of this type based on the self admitted severely limited memory of these "ladies"?

Now not only have you solved the 4 year old, non filed, alleged, alcohol induced rape charge (in a whopping day and a half) you also have convicted me as a "rapist apologist". Whatever that is.
All I know is that if I am on the opposite side of an issue than Lester Earl then I feel very comfortable that I am correct.

I’m glad everything is binary in your mind. You are blaming the girls for getting drunk and being in a bad position. Shame on you for that in the first place, especially with daughters. If your kid said she was drunk but was raped, would you just tell her to quit being a slut and get over it?
I never said he was guilty or innocent. I’m saying that life is full of gray areas. If there is a gray area where history shows a potential outcome, then that outcome is more likely. He has a history of this. Would you blame those dirty sluts if he put something in their drinks?
