She was flipping forward and it looks like the back of her heels hit the mat first, she was flipping so fast that it caused her legs to break right below the knees...

First time I saw it I don’t know what noises I made but my wife was trying to see it on her phone too and when I reacted she was scared to watch it

It was pretty horrifying to watch. She was screaming in agony. Just about the worst sports-related injury I've ever seen.
