And he ran the no huddle offense 2-minute drill type drives like a veteran stud... as a rookie... with virtually no protection from his O-line. What a badass.

I thought the same thing last night. Green couldn’t care less. Every receiver Joe had at LSU worked harder and was more effective.

Is Greg even familiar with Marino?
And Joe is the real deal, that is obvious.
Yes AJ Green is done

McElroy is showing his envy of Joe. If Joe was a former Bama QB, this would be a moot discussion. Everyone has a bias, even the media puppets.

100%. Joe was laying it right to him. Maybe he has something we don’t know about, but if another team comes knocking with a nice draft package I’d take it for Green. Also, Tyler Boyd is not as elite as everyone says.

Only issue I see in Burrows game is throwing to sidelines from the opposite hash. some of those balls he threw really floated in the air for a long time. the elite defenses in that division (especially a corner like Marcus Peters that tries to jump every out route thrown at him ) will make him pay on those

Brady and Brees, true. Peyton had a big arm.

I was on the driving range last Fall at a club here in Birmingham, and 'ol Greg showed up to hit balls. He saw my LSU hat and we talked football for a few. He was pretty adamant how he "just didn't see it (with Burrow) and thought he was really overrated" (paraphrasing of course). Nice to see him wrong on that, and he will be wrong on Joe in Cincy. Haven't seen him up there since, but will remind him when I do. I know, I know CSB...

Arm strength is an important piece of athleticism for a QB. Burrow has below average arm strength for the NFL. This will cause him problems throughout his career. I believe he will still be great, but that's because he does everything else so well.

If we're discounting opinions based on the opiner's QB career it does not bode well for you.

Below average? Prove a situation where you saw this occur. He can and does hit every throw he is asked to.

Targeted Green 13 times last night, 3 catches. Denzel Ward had a great game and had a lot to do with that. But there was one beautiful throw that Ward made a good play on, but Green should have caught it. Just a perfect throw. The TD pass to Uzomah was also a perfect toss. A noodle arm can’t make those throws.

A QB doesn’t escape several times like Burrow did last night without being athletic. The TD run against the Chargers is athleticism.

McElroy’s takes are usually solid and I like him, but this is not up to snuff.

Greg McElroy was the kid who called his mom to come pick him up from the sleepover because he was too scared to sleep at someone else's house

In the 11 days as since his NFL debut, Burrow has doubled or tripled McElroy’s professional career accomplishments.

Greg McElroy is a bit*h Alabama homer. Come on Greg... Burrow has played outstanding in his first two starts as a pro! Riddle me this Greg.... with the exception of Tua (who has done nothing as a pro and is a bad injury away from being done) what Bama QB has been athletic and also has had a meaningful pro career? Bama has had mainly non athletic game managers in their championship seasons. I hate this Bammer. Seriously what’s next AJ McCarron gets in on Burrow and tells us Joe isn’t a franchise QB GTFO. Ignore this bullshite...... Carry on!
