Is he as good as TJ Finley?

I’d sure as hell take him since he’d also be a day 1 starter in baseball.

Weird comparison. Not the same player at all and DJ was the #1 QB last class.

My bad I was asking if McElroy was talking about Dj. I thought Dj was the backup

6'4" 250, I didn't realize he was that big (:twss:)

Kinda looks Cam Newton-ish in a few of his Clemson highlights.

Me neither. I knew DJ Ukulele had good size for a QB, but I thought he was around 230.

Idk how anyone could say that. I just weant back and watched every snap where he ran or threw the ball in his career up to this point and he looks pretty good. He looks a lot like tj Finley actually.

Hes had two tds running and if I remember correctly it was 12 for 19 for 125 or so that they had him listed at ,stats wise. Hes as big if not bigger then tj and moves a little better. Not as quick a release though

I love TJ as much as the next person but DJ is another level of QB. Dude came from ST. John Bosco which a a power house in CA. Greg explained that he meant just in arm talent and said still to this day that JM has the best arm talent he has ever seen.

As much as I dislike them they have stability with their coaching staff and honestly have turned into a little cult. Like they apparently all live in the same neighborhood and all have family dinners and stuff.

That's the great thing about recruiting and how players develop and finish their time in a program. TJ has all the ability to pass him before he leaves. No one knows if one will regress or make the jump to be the next great.

I give him the credit of being ahead right now based on his high school competition and performance. I'm pulling for the underdogs we have in the locker room and committed. There were other QB's ahead of Burrow and look who had the last laugh. Here's to hoping we see steady growth in our QB's and have a stretch of QB success like Clemson and OSU have had.

cult? Good grief, Clemson is a tiny little town. Not too many expensive neighborhoods to choose from so not surprising the coaches live near each other and their wives and kids socialize.
