I don't know about the teams but the team's fans sure seem to want him. Even wishing their teams trade up to get him. Even Saints fans. Greedy will be okay.

Let’s see what day 2 holds for me

I don't understand why they would take Deandre Baker, who also sat out his bowl game (the sugar bowl) and is a distant second instead of Greedy. Makes no sense.

I don't think twitter is the guide to what team's fans want.

It's simple - the people making the decisions do not agree that he is better than baker.

Giants are a complete disaster, clearly have no idea what they are doing as a front office. Such a shitty draft it’s laughable.

Two years and only one player taken in the first round. What is going on with LSU?

Deandre Baker won the thorpe award and hasnt given up a TD in 29 starts

What makes you think he was a "distant second" to Greedy?

Would love to see Greedy go to Arizona at 33, under PP7's tutelage. Could see the Colts taking him if they don't. Won't fall past the Colts.

He's a better fit for what the Giants want from a CB. That's not a knock on Greedy.

Despite some rough publicity, his game tape doesn’t lie. Greedy is an outstanding CB. He doesn’t drop out of the 2nd round. I think a lot of NFL teams are starting to realize what winning teams have always done: you can’t have a roster of all-star athletes if you get whooped on the line of scrimmage. The big uglies up front are what separate the great teams from the good teams.

He will definitely be on one of the first few taken in the 2nd round. Not many teams severely needed a Corner in the first round, which is why only 1 was taken. He will find his team soon.

Because that was never an issue with the NFL. Quit listening to idiots on the rant.

I half way agree Greedy doesn't like to hit or tackle, but Sanders was the first one that called himself a lockdown and got paid BIG. Since then, it's what most DBs do!
Do I like it, hell NO!
Makes me appreciate the good ones that do, like our boy from St. Aug!

All the talent in the world. Redshirt Fr year lights out. Last year he looked completely disinterested at times. Not interviewing wasn't a genius move.

This right here......if you don't have good d line play it doesn't matter if you have HOF CBs.

Greedy isn't dropping because he sat out a bowl game, or his tackling is suspect. It's that he raised some questions during the combine. Rumors are he wouldn't do interviews with teams.

He will get picked early today and have a great career.

I don't think it is just sitting out the bowl game, the comments Greedy made sounded like it is all about him and doesn't give a damn about anything else.

That had zero to do with where either guy got selected.

no one not wearing P&G glasses thinks that. When all the talking heads talks about CBs in this draft they talk about two guys. Deandre Baker and Greedy WIlliams. The consensus is that Greedy is the CB with the most athleticism and upside potential but that Deandre is the most NFL ready CB in the draft.

That made it a coin toss as to who got picked first.
