I have no idea about the competition this year, but Delpit was much better last season.
Didn't something similar happen with Dorsey? I can't really remember.
Sometimes it's a year late of recognition.

Grant Delpit barely won this award ... His victory was due to a late surge after getting healthy and he beat out JR Reed of Georgia who got toasted by Joe Burrow on a TD pass to Ja’Marr Chase ... What a late surge comeback win for Grant Delpit ... Thanks to Joe and Ja’Marr and the Football Gods
