He officially gave all state employees off Black Friday and the Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
Conveniently timed, Pandering to them state workers. Could have announced it next week after the election

Ur full of it. Without the budget in place LSU would not be able to run summer school, to run summer school LSU had to pay instructors and since all LSU players use Summer school to get credits to maintain eligibility , so LSU would have a less than full roster .

Go read article in 2016 at Nola where university presidents would have to close universities early, which means incomplete classes , that was from the La higher ed boards which in spring of 2016 were all Jindal people

Uhhh hate to break it to you but as a state employee we’ve always had those days off since I’ve been there. Hell we’ll prob only work half a day the day before thanksgiving. This is nothing new. He did give state workers the ability to earn yearly raises starting last year which hadn’t happened in forever so I guess there’s that for trying to steal the state worker vote ??
