And he did. They went 31-3 in his first season. Not his fault his team is heavily outmatched in the talent department and Gonzaga is shooting 73% from 3.

Stop. Comparing Gonzaga and McNeese as basketball programs is like LSU and… well… McNeese in football.

You should stop comparing football to basketball. Southland rival ACU beat 3 seed Texas in 2021, it’s not impossible for Southland Champions to pull upsets. I see what you’re doing though. This was supposed to be the best Southland team of all time right?

Why didn’t all their previous coaches just do it then? Only happened twice, 89 and 02.
