Look watching this past game against Arkansas was frustrating as hell but i think this team can make a run. Say what you want but this offense can't be stopped other than by its own qb and he is getting it going. Special teams is so much better this year. Now the elephant in the room is the defense. The dline is getting nastier with Jefferson, Swinson, and now Womack emerging. Whit Weeks will be a star and will get better and Perkins is getting there. Our db's are the issue and i think House and Kelly get it straightened out simplify the coverages. Denver Harris, Sam, Burns, Alexander are not elite but talent wise we have SEC caliber players just no way they can look at that Arkansas tape and let shite like that happen again. If it does than its time for heads to roll in the defensive coaching staff. We lost to the #4 team in the country and we are undefeated in SEC play so LFG!!!

We are getting better each week. We will be favored in every game and should run the table

We are getting better each week but we need to make major adjustments on defense. Jordan Jefferson needs more playing time, Womack needs to become number 2 at the jack behind Swinson. Perkins needs to rush more and need someone to get more playing time at Safety...Burns is continuing to get burned.

We are not likely to be favored in Tuscaloosa. Maybe if at home, but not on road.
And yes, I know the history of the series.

They will be the same as last season. Nothing has changed or will. They’ll have a couple good showings and lay a couple of eggs. That Brian Kelly for the last two decades. What makes you think anything will change?

If our defense can play better the next couple of weeks and our offense keeps scoring i think we maybe favored going into Tuscaloosa.

@ Ole Miss
@ Missouri

The next two weeks we need to see exceptional coaching and putting the top 22 players on the field regardless of their class from Freshman to Seniors. Right now the secondary needs work. Not worried much about the ARK game. They were backed up against the wall after losing to BYU coming into BR. I expected them to play us hard till the end. Now its two away games. Ole Miss could be shoot out if both defenses struggle. Missouri will probably be 5-0 when we roll in. If we lose to Ole Miss the season could get ugly very quick at 3-3. Very critical game for LSU this weekend.

I seriously doubt that.

. Also probably not.
But I do like your optimism! And I hope you are right!!
