And we were ranked where offensively after last season?
Alleva wouldn't let Les fire him after last season, so Les just lets GC continually frick up the offense without any interference? I call bullshite.

yea I dont doubt that Crowton calls in the actually play, I mean what else would he be doing. I believe, like Gordy and Charlie, that Miles gives Crowton a choice similar to saying "hey you pick the restaurant, any restaurant as long as it's applebees". So in effect, he's not "really" calling the plays

Well where are all the complainers that Les DOES interfere?
There is no way people are going to back off.. they want Les run out of town BECAUSE he's meddling in the offense, and they want him fired because he's NOT...
geez....
and yes... I AM disappointed with the way things look on the offense side of the ball, but I don't honestly think that I know enough of the details about how things are being run behind the scenes to know exactly what the answers are right this minute...

I've already fought that battle. Gordy said the same exact thing point blank on the air. I argued it and had 5+ posters say that I was wrong.
Les doesn't call the fricking plays. I cannot believe this still pops up as a question.
Edit: Les has a say in the plays that are on the sheet and who is the featured player...this is done prior to the game.

yea that's what he said. Watches to see if Les is "talking" during the time in between plays. Says in his view, Les is listening more than talking
