He has earned it. When they are good and tired, bring in Fournette and drop the hammer.

And Fournette hasn't? Everything he did before the injury is forgotten?

My god some of you are just insane.

Well Guice isnt dealing with an ankle injury. And he also hasnt had to face a difficult defense yet.

Because he's healthy. Fournette was playing on one leg basically.

because LF hasn't been healthy, he's had a month to get better, he should be 95-100% by now

Should we not take the ankle into account? They question is who gives us a better chance to win?

impossible for us to say who should start. We don't know how LF's ankle feels. It's certainly best that LF not get overworked.

Both will get there touches. Chill pill fellas.. I hope to see some two back sets with LF and DG. Split back is one we all would love but I wander if they've even practiced that formation? But Guice n an h back role and slot would be comfortable because I know they have practiced that. Now it was a FB or TE in the hback spot but I'm sure Guice could step in on a few plays.

Absolutely not. If Fournette is 100% he gets the start and the bulk of the carries, as he should. Guice has most definitely earned a bigger chunk of touches, though.

if Fournette is healthy, Fournette

Guice should absolutely still get at least 10 touches this game though

The real key for Fournette is not telegraphing the plays. We need to spread the ball around if they stack the box. Part of the problem has been that he gets 75% of the touches when he is in and everyone knows it before the snap. His injury has forced is to diversify, and we can't go back to one dimensional offense.

We haven't seen what the offense will look like with LF without Miles.

I have no reason to believe it will be any different from what we have seen

This was more of a function of the previous coaching regime in all likelihood. I'm so excited to see him get worked into a gameplan that isn't horrendously predictable.

This again I think has more to do with the coaching changes. Certainly his injury has a little bit to do with it.

Absolutely all of this was due to Miles/Cam. LF hasnt played a down with Ensminger running the offense.

Fournette will get the start with Guice likely getting majority of the carries.

They aren't going to give LF Fournette 20 touches after he has been out for 4 weeks.
