Getting a new OC will mean learning a new scheme.

We could have had Joe Burrow, along with the rest of the offense, in their second season of a scheme and very comfortable with it.

Now, we have to hope we get a new OC and that he can install his offense, get everyone comfortable running it, and not waste Burrow’s last year.

I still want a new OC, but we should have had the right one already.

well, the good thing about the leach air raid offenses are they're simple to implement/teach

if O hires a new OC and it's one of the "complicated" guys, i may lose my shite

It doesn’t take years to “install” a new offense. Only at LSU.

Bama has changed oc’s the last three years. Looks ok to me.

Hell they changed oc’s between playoff games and if no scarbourg doesn’t get hurt they probably win.

E’s offense sucks.

Don’t worry, the LSU offense will look the same even if ensminger goes. Which he probably won’t.

But Alabama has had OCs that ran very similar things. We don’t want to bring someone in who runs something very similar to what we do now. It’s gonna take at least a few games for everyone to get in rhythm.

Lmao. Our offense was still learning the new offense until now.

I still can't believe O would say something retarded like the offense is 50% installed in early August.

I don't blame O for going back to Ensminger, since the 2016 offense worked out well.

I will blame O for not making a change after this year, however.

Air raid had like 10 passes, 5 runs, and 4 screens

Mike Leach’s play sheet is an index card

High school teams run the spread. It can’t be that hard.

How many other teams have you watched where the offense was crisp, perfect, and fantastic the first year around?

It takes more than a few months to learn a new offense.

There’s been no consistency with OCs in the last 3 years and you guys want to change it again. Everyone thinks it goes smoothly with no collateral damage are nuts.

So you mean there won't be back to back QB draws?

He’s not exaggerating either. The man’s entire playbook is on an Index Card.
