There is an example of a guy getting the most out of his abilities through hard work

He will have made close to 40 million in his career after this contract.. Guy is a testament to not giving up on you dream.. he was banging on the door for so long and finally got his shot and has made it stick

Garrett was always an ELITE on-ball defender. He has maximized his talents and made a nice career for himself.

Have a few friends that went to school with him at U-High and said he's the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. Happy for him. A lot of people (including myself) doubted that he could stick around the league this long.. or even make it in the first place.. and he has made a nice career for himself. 10 mil for 2 years to live in Brooklyn is a sweet deal.
