Yeah, LSU made about $12.8 million in face value ticket sales for that one game. They don't exactly need the help.

A go fund me for LSU Athletics?
Com'on now! The state is last in education, health care, etc... what about coastal restoration? What about a go fund me for that. But people wouldn't because they are scared greedy politicians will get their hands on the go fund me money and waste it on frivilous projects like they do every year.

Has Garret Graves himself confirmed this? The more I think about it, has to be done by someone using his name.
The state has budget issues, last in basically everything. The state is being washed away and sinking. Yet he wants to do a go fund me for one of the few entities in Louisiana making 10's of millions per year? LSU academics is having a helluva time just trying to maintain the buildings they do have.
What an embarassment to all those living in Louisiana if this is true.
